Colleen joined FleishmanHillard in 2020 after spending more than two decades in some of the industry's most-storied advertising agencies including DDB, JWT, Leo Burnett, Havas and FCB.
As an Executive Creative Director, she leads creative for the Chicago office and works across the FH global network as part of the Global Executive Creative Leadership team.
Colleen has worked for some of the world’s most iconic brands and has led teams creating brand building campaigns for everything from consumer packaged goods to electronics, to beauty and retail to tourism and beyond. She believes great ideas are rooted in authenticity and is most proud of her work that aligns with her beliefs, drives change and creates conversation - whether challenging Congress for equal pay or making toilet paper controversial.
Colleen’s work has been awarded and recognized by The One Show, LIA, The New York Festivals, the PRSA Anvils, The Telly Awards, Reel Impact Film Festival and more.
In 2024, Colleen moderated a panel at Cannes Inkwell Beach, Creativity Doesn’t Have An Age Limit. The lively session was also featured by the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity. In addition to speaking, she has had the opportunity to participate in several creative jury’s including The London International Awards, Cannes Can Diversity Collective AYA Inclusion Awards, the SABRE Awards and the inaugural The Gail Awards.
Outside of FH you can find her on Chicago’s lakefront, in downward dog or creating memories with the production she’s most proud of, her three kids John, Claire & Patrick.
